I’m happy to meet you in person or online.
Once we connect, I’ll let you know my availability and we can arrange an initial session. This gives us the opportunity to see if we want to work together. There’s no obligation to continue beyond this meeting and it is offered free of charge.
Sessions can be either short or long term, depending on your needs. I advise that we work together for 6 weeks and then have a review of whether to continue. This initial 6 weeks can be helpful in its own right.
Each session lasts 1 hour and costs £50. Please pay by BACS before each session. I have a limited number of low-cost places.
I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations; otherwise, the full session fee is payable.
All sessions are confidential, fully insured and supervised. I am GDPR-compliant and registered with the UKCP as a trainee psychotherapist.
I work from a therapy room in my home, which is less than 10 minutes from Willesden Green tube station. Pay and display parking is available on nearby Jeymar Avenue. If stairs are a concern, please let me know, and we can discuss alternatives.
