Practicalities

I’m happy to meet you in person or online.

Once we connect, I’ll let you know my availability and we can arrange an initial session. This lasts up to 45 minutes and gives us the opportunity to see if we want to work together. There’s no obligation to continue beyond this meeting and it is offered free of charge.

Sessions can be either short or long term, depending on your needs. I advise that we work together for 6 weeks and then have a review of whether to continue. This initial 6 weeks can be helpful in its own right.

Each session costs £60 and lasts 1 hour. Please pay by BACS before each session. I also have a limited number of lower cost spaces.

I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations; otherwise, the full session fee is payable.

All sessions are confidential, fully insured and supervised. I am GDPR-compliant and registered with the UKCP.

I work from my private therapy room in North West London, less than 10 minutes’ walk from Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee Line). My practice is easily accessible from Kilburn, Cricklewood, Dollis Hill, West Hampstead, Hampstead, Queen’s Park, Kensal Rise and Notting Hill. Pay-and-display parking is available on nearby Jeymer Avenue. If stairs are difficult, please let me know and we can discuss alternatives.
