Once we connect, I’ll let you know my availability and we can arrange an initial session. There’s no obligation to continue beyond that first meeting, which gives you the opportunity to see how I work. This session is charged at my usual rate.

If you’d like a short phone call or email exchange before booking, I’d be happy to offer that to help you decide whether to go ahead.

Sessions can be either short- or long-term, depending on your needs. Each session lasts 1 hour and costs £50. Please pay by BACS before each session. If you need to discuss fees due to low income, please let me know.

I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations; otherwise, the full session fee is payable.

All sessions are confidential, fully insured and supervised. I am GDPR-compliant and registered with the UKCP as a trainee psychotherapist.

I work from a quiet, cosy therapy room in my home in Willesden Green, just 7 minutes from the tube. Pay and display parking is available on nearby Jeymar Avenue. If stairs are a concern, please let me know, and we can discuss alternatives.
