TRAINING
I am training in Core Process Psychotherapy, a contemplative, mindfulness-based approach that integrates Western psychotherapy with Eastern awareness practices rooted in Buddhist psychology.
By bringing mindful awareness to your experience, you can gain clarity about what is really happening. This allows a shift from automatic reaction to thoughtful response—where real choice becomes possible. You don’t have to be Buddhist to benefit from this approach.
In Core Process Psychotherapy, the mind and body are seen as interconnected, part of one whole system.
